Most Executive Assistants are master coordinators.
You can manage a chaotic diary in your sleep, keep a hundred plates spinning, and make sure your executive is exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.
But coordination has a ceiling.
The real shift, the one that moves you from a highly efficient administrator to a trusted partner, doesn't come from managing calendar invites faster. It comes when you are trusted with judgement.
When your executive stops seeing you as the person who books the meeting and starts seeing you as the person who helps shape the outcome.
To help you make that shift, I am starting a new monthly space specifically for EAs who want to step into their true value. This space will be for the next 12 months (Oct 2026 - Oct 2027)
It’s called The Impact EA Mastermind.
Once a month, we’ll meet online for 45 minutes. I’ll share a sharp, 15-minute teaching piece on executive mindset, strategic anticipation, and setting clean boundaries, and then we’ll open the floor for hot-seat coaching and open Q&A to work through your real-time workplace bottlenecks.
Our very first session is: Beyond Coordination: How to build the trust that allows you to use your strategic judgement (and stop getting bottlenecked by the inbox).

When: Monthly Monday's at 11am (AEST) (re-occurring the second monday of the month)
